From sourced answers to reviewed actions
Ask Dino
Use permissioned ERP tools to answer questions and summarize retrieved results. Draft, rewrite or translate messages and reports using facts you supply or Dino retrieves; answers cite their sources where available.
- Search records across enabled modules and use domain tools for detail
- Open chat from supported record pages with a relevant starter prompt
- Record references help trace the facts behind an answer
Search company knowledge
Search enabled document and record sources, then ask a question with the relevant passages cited.
- Admins choose which supported sources are indexed
- Results are rechecked against your current permissions
- Ask Dino declines when retrieved sources do not support an answer
Agents with a human approval loop
Configure task-focused agents to query permitted ERP data, delegate to specialist agents and queue supported changes for approval.
- Each run uses the initiating user’s permissions
- Built-in, custom and configured MCP tools
- Manual, scheduled and event-triggered runs with visible history
- Proposed ERP changes wait for a person to approve or reject
Document AI
Drop or e-mail supplier invoices, receipts, delivery notes and bank statements. Dino reads them and prepares the draft.
- Vision-model extraction with field grounding
- Matches suppliers, products and purchase orders
- Drafts only — nothing is posted without your approval
- Learns supplier layouts from your corrections (opt-in)
Forecasts
Explore estimates with their horizon and data basis; sales and demand views also show the method and uncertainty range.
- Revenue and order forecasts from posted invoice history
- Product demand from deliveries, with reorder guidance when stock access allows
- Cash-flow outlook from open receivables and payables, using settlement history where available
- AI usage-cost projections with budget impact

Privacy controls
Set provider eligibility and redaction defaults; policy is enforced when AI requests are routed.
- Standard, Strict (zero-retention or self-hosted) and Air-gapped (self-hosted only) modes
- PII redaction applies to supported text requests; document images sent to vision models are not redacted
- Free-tier models stay classified as free and can be blocked by policy
Hosted or self-hosted models
Connect a supported provider or OpenAI-compatible server, assign models by task, and monitor usage against budgets and alerts.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter and Hugging Face
- Self-hosted Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio or compatible servers
- Model assignments, usage metering, budgets and alerts
From a PDF in the inbox to a draft in the ledger
Nothing is posted, submitted or approved by the AI. It prepares; people decide.
- 1
Capture
Upload or forward a bill, receipt, delivery note or bank statement.
- 2
Understand
A vision model reads every field and grounds it in the page; suppliers, products and orders are matched.
- 3
Review
You see the extraction next to the original, fix anything and approve.
- 4
Draft
Dino creates the draft bill, claim, receipt or statement import — your normal approvals take it from there.
Your models. Your rules.
Connect hosted models or run your own. Pick a model per task, cap spend with budgets and alerts, and choose how strict privacy should be — down to air-gapped, self-hosted only.
Standard mode
Any connected provider; free-tier models blocked and PII redaction on by default.
Strict mode
Only zero-retention or self-hosted providers.
Air-gapped mode
Only models running inside your network.
