How pricing works
One-time quotation per scope
The price depends on the modules, branding, integrations and data migration you need. After a demo we send a written quotation. Afterwards you pay only your own hosting and any third-party services you choose — there is no mandatory recurring fee for the software.
What's included
Everything you need to run it yourself
Complete source code
Next.js web app, Express API, background worker, database schema, migrations and seed data — handed over to you, not rented.
Every module
All product areas below ship in the same codebase. Switch on only what your business uses.
Your brand
Your name, logo, colours and domain on the app, plus branded document templates and customer and supplier portals — set up for you during installation.
Docker Compose stack
Web, API, worker, MySQL, Redis, nginx, vector search and daily backups in one Compose file, plus setup documentation.
Setup and data migration
We deploy it on your server and import your customers, suppliers, products, employees and opening balances.
3 months of support
Installation, configuration and codebase questions, plus fixes for verified bugs, from the handover date.
Hosting
Runs on a server you control
The whole stack ships as one Docker Compose file. We deploy it, set up your domain and SSL, and hand it over.
Your own VPS
Hostinger, DigitalOcean, Linode, Hetzner or any Linux VPS with Docker.
Public cloud
AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure, in the region you choose.
On-premises
Your own servers or office network — even fully offline with self-hosted AI models.

FAQ
Buying questions
Is Dino ERP a SaaS subscription?
No. You buy it once and receive the complete source code. It runs on a server you control, and there is no mandatory monthly platform fee for the software. You only pay your own hosting and any third-party services you choose (SMS, e-mail, payment gateway, AI provider).
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the scope you need — modules, branding, integrations and data migration — so we send a one-time written quotation after a demo. Message us on WhatsApp or e-mail info@techdino.in for a quote.
What exactly do I receive?
The full source code (web app, API, worker, database schema, migrations and seed data), the Docker Compose deployment setup, documentation, setup on your server with your branding, migration of the data you supply, admin training and 3 months of technical support.
Where can I host it?
Anywhere Docker runs: your own VPS (Hostinger, DigitalOcean and similar), AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or servers in your office. We set it up on the server you choose.
Can I change the code or add features?
Yes. The source code is yours to maintain, extend and customise under the licence agreement. Your own developers can work on it, or TechDino can build custom modules under a separate quotation.
What does the licence allow?
A commercial licence covering use, modification and deployment for your business. Reselling or deploying it for other companies is possible under a reseller arrangement; the number of installs and terms are written into the agreement before work starts.
Is it one company or many?
Each install runs one company with as many branches as it needs. Branches share customers, products, the ledger and permissions, and any screen or report can be narrowed to one branch.
What happens after the 3 months of support?
The software keeps running — nothing expires. If you want ongoing help, updates or new features, TechDino offers a separate support or development agreement.
Does the AI send our data anywhere?
Only to the AI provider you configure, and you can choose a self-hosted model so nothing leaves your server. By default, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs are masked in text sent to an external model (best effort; document images are not masked), and AI can be switched off.
