In detail
It covers the employee record from joining to exit: profile, documents with verification, org chart, shifts, attendance, holidays, leave, performance reviews, training and succession planning. Employees get a self-service area, and HR works from the same records that payroll reads.
Employees can check in from any browser, including a phone, against their assigned shift. Corrections go through attendance regularization, where an employee raises a request, can withdraw it, and a manager approves it. Leave runs on holiday lists, leave policies and balances.
Devices, or middleware you run next to them, can push in and out events to Dino ERP by API. Events are idempotent, so a retried push does not create duplicates, and each event is mapped to an employee by employee number. Dino ERP does not include live connectors for specific device vendors.
You define salary structures from components, assign them to employees, and run payroll for a period. The run produces payslips, with loans, reimbursements, tax declarations and adjustments feeding in. Employees see their payslips, tax position and loans in self-service.
India has the fullest starter pack: PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF, TDS and gratuity. The UAE has a starter pack, and Saudi Arabia has GOSI with payroll-owner sign-off. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the UK, the US, Bahrain and Oman are provided as templates.
Dino ERP can generate a UAE WPS salary file in a draft layout based on DIB SIF v1.1. Treat it as a draft: validate it with your bank before relying on it for a live salary run, because banks differ in what they accept.
Salary and payroll screens sit behind their own permissions, and the audit trail records old and new values for changes. Payroll is scoped by branch, so a branch manager sees only the employees their role allows. Payroll results are meant to flow to finance as part of your accounting process.

Yes. Employees can check in, request leave and regularization, and view their payslips, tax position and loans. They need only a browser, including on a phone.
India has the full statutory starter pack covering PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS and gratuity. It is still a starter: your payroll owner or consultant should review rates, slabs and rules against your state and entity before the first live run.
Dino ERP generates bank files for salary payment, and a UAE WPS salary file in a draft layout. You upload the file through your bank’s channel; Dino ERP does not move money itself.
Devices push in and out events to Dino ERP by API, mapped by employee number. Live connectors for particular vendors are not included, so a device that cannot call an API needs middleware.
Yes. Salary components and statutory rules are configurable, and because you receive the source code your team can extend the packs. Any new rule set still needs review by someone who knows the local law.
