In detail
How Platform, languages & security works
Which languages does Dino ERP support?
The interface is available in English, Hindi and Arabic, and each user picks their own language. Arabic switches the layout to right-to-left, and printed documents can use right-to-left layouts too. The customer and supplier portals do not yet have a language picker.
Does Dino ERP support single sign-on and SCIM?
Yes. SSO works over OIDC, with presets for Azure, Google, Okta and Keycloak plus a generic option, and over SAML. SCIM 2.0 provisioning lets your identity provider create, update and deactivate users automatically.

What sign-in security options are available?
Users can enable TOTP multi-factor authentication or register passkeys. Administrators can set IP allow-lists, sessions can be revoked, and logins are rate-limited. Refresh tokens are rotated and held in httpOnly cookies.

How do roles, record scope and field-level security work?
Permissions are granted by role and checked on the server for every route. Each permission carries a scope of own, team, department, branch or company, applied to every query. Fields such as cost prices, margins, salaries and bank details are removed for users without the matching permission.

What governance controls does Dino ERP provide?
Separation-of-duties rules block or warn on conflicting role assignments and stop self-approval. Access reviews let reviewers confirm or remove access, and legal holds prevent deletion of records under hold. The audit trail records creates, edits, approvals, postings and cancellations with who, when, and old and new values.

How can I customise Dino ERP without code?
Admins can add custom fields to supported records, and users can save list views and use global search across records. Numbering sequences, branches, departments, teams, cost centres, currencies, fiscal years and module switches are configured in admin, and industry packs tailor defaults.
How do I integrate other systems and get started?
API keys give scoped programmatic access, and webhooks are HMAC-signed. A first-run setup wizard creates the company, head-office branch and administrator, and Excel or CSV import helps load existing data.
FAQ
Platform, languages & security: questions buyers ask
Is Arabic fully right-to-left?
Yes. Choosing Arabic switches the interface to right-to-left, and print layouts support right-to-left.
Which SSO providers work?
OIDC presets exist for Azure, Google, Okta and Keycloak, with a generic OIDC option, and SAML is supported for other providers.
Does it support SCIM?
Yes, SCIM 2.0 provisioning is supported.
Are permissions enforced by the server?
Yes. Routes check permissions on the server, and the build fails in CI if a route ships without a gate.
Does Dino ERP hold security certifications?
No certification such as SOC 2 or ISO is claimed. Because it is self-hosted, hosting security and compliance are in your hands.
Can one install serve several companies?
No. Each installation runs one company with any number of branches.
