Ask Dino is a chat assistant that uses permissioned ERP tools to search records and answer questions about your business. It can also summarise retrieved results and draft or translate messages using facts you supply or Dino retrieves. Answers cite sources where available.
Yes. Admins choose which supported sources are indexed, and knowledge search returns the relevant passages with citations. Results are re-checked against the user’s current permissions, and Ask Dino declines to answer when retrieved sources do not support one.
Agents are task-focused assistants that can query permitted ERP data, delegate to specialist agents and use built-in, custom or MCP tools. They run manually, on a schedule or on events, with a visible run history. Any ERP change an agent proposes waits in an approval inbox until a person approves or rejects it.
You drop or e-mail supplier invoices, receipts, delivery notes and bank statements into the capture inbox. A vision model extracts the fields, Dino matches suppliers, products and purchase orders, and prepares a draft. Nothing is posted without your approval, and learning from your corrections is opt-in.
It forecasts sales and orders from posted invoice history, product demand from deliveries, cash flow from open receivables and payables, and AI usage cost. Sales and demand views show the method and uncertainty range. Anomaly insights surface outliers in supported operational data and link to the source records.
There are three modes. Standard allows eligible providers, Strict limits routing to zero-retention or self-hosted models, and Air-gapped allows self-hosted models only. PII redaction applies to supported text requests and is best-effort for items such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs. Document images sent to vision models are not redacted.
You can connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter or Hugging Face, or run Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio or any OpenAI-compatible server yourself. Models are assigned by task, and usage is metered against budgets and alerts.
