How Connected channels & integrations works

Which commerce platforms does Dino ERP connect to?

Shopify and WooCommerce have connectors. They handle listing mapping, stock and price sync, order import, fulfilment push-back, refund import and sync monitoring, with signed webhooks. A hosted storefront is also available.

Which communication channels are supported?

E-mail runs over any SMTP and IMAP server. WhatsApp runs on the Meta Cloud API or Twilio, and SMS on MSG91 or Twilio. Details are on the communications page.

Which payment gateways work with invoices?

Stripe, Razorpay and PayPal, using your own gateway account with encrypted credentials. Payments post and allocate automatically, and links can be revoked.

Which shipping carriers are supported?

Carrier labels and tracking work with Shippo, Shiprocket and Delhivery, and each needs your own carrier account. Tracking updates arrive by webhook.

How do I import bank statements or export to Tally?

Reconciliation accepts statement files in MT940, CAMT.053 and OFX. For accounting handoff, Dino ERP exports Tally XML.

Is there an API for my own systems?

Yes. A REST API under /api/v1 uses API keys, and signed webhooks notify your systems of events. Your team can also extend the source code directly.

Which AI providers can I connect?

Hosted providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter and Hugging Face. Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint can run self-hosted models.

Do integrations cost extra?

Dino ERP does not charge per integration. Fees from the providers, such as Twilio, Meta or carriers, are yours to pay directly.

Do I need my own accounts with each provider?

Yes. Dino ERP connects to accounts you own and does not resell provider services.

Can I connect a system that is not listed?

Use the REST API and signed webhooks, or extend the source code, which you receive with the purchase.

Are credentials stored securely?

Gateway credentials are stored encrypted, and API keys and webhooks are managed by admins.

Does Dino ERP include government e-invoice transmission?

India IRP e-invoicing and e-way bill are supported. UAE PINT-AE and EU Peppol transmission need an accredited provider and are not included, and native ZATCA onboarding is available but not certified.
